Challenge: Bring an Experiment
Due to the huge success of our last challenge and the awesome influx of new people, we are running Bring an Experiment again! We want even more of you to bring in your experiments. These can even be completely failed prints—remember, as 3D Printers, we love spaghetti!!
For this month, we challenge you to try something new, crazy, or wild! It can be anything from simple cubes to complex prints. The goal is simply to push boundaries and try something you haven't done before.
The Focus: The Process
We want to hear about what you tried. Be prepared to share:
- What was your experiment?
- Why did you try it?
- Did it work, or did it fail? (Failing is encouraged, it's about trying something new!)
Submission Requirements
- Physical Model: Bring your experimental print (or spaghetti!) to the May 20th meetup.
- The Story: Be ready to tell the group about your process and what you were testing.
Judging & Prize
- Voting: The group will vote on their favorite experimental attempt.
- Prize: The winner will receive a free spool of filament!
